Inside, 7 Dynamic Ultra Low EMF FAR Infrared Carbon heating panels (3–5 MG measured at 2–3 inches from panels) deliver even, consistent warmth across the cabin. Sessions run best in the 118°F – 132°F range, with a maximum output of 140°F.

In stock saunas will ship from suppliers warehouse in 3-7 business days. Once shipped, transit typically takes 3-16 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available.
If you notice anything unusual with tracking, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist. Most freight carriers will reach out 24–48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are typically made Monday–Friday with a 4-hour delivery window, and carriers will not deliver without confirming with you first.

If your shipment is handled by R+L Carriers, delivery may occur without a scheduled appointment. They typically provide a notification the morning of delivery via email and text.
