Shipping Policy

Your sauna will ship from our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, transit typically takes 3-16 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available.

If you notice anything unusual with tracking, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist. Most freight carriers will reach out 24–48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are typically made Monday–Friday with a 4-hour delivery window, and carriers will not deliver without confirming with you first.

Please note: Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to weather, transit delays, or carrier availability. Occasionally, last-minute scheduling changes may occur, which are outside of our control as deliveries are handled by third-party freight carriers.

R+L Carriers Exception:
If your shipment is handled by R+L Carriers, delivery may occur without a scheduled appointment. They typically provide a notification the morning of delivery via email and text.

Delivery Details

• 1–2 person saunas typically ship in one box

• Larger models ship in multiple boxes

• All shipments are palletized for protection

• Delivered via 53-foot freight truck with a single driver

• Curbside or driveway delivery only

The driver is responsible for unloading the pallet at the curb or driveway. They are not able to move the sauna inside the home.

If you have special delivery considerations (long driveways, low-hanging trees, stairs, apartments, or remote locations), please contact us before your order ships so we can help plan accordingly.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Once the sauna is unloaded, please inspect the packaging carefully before signing the delivery receipt.

• Note any visible damage such as dents, scuffs, or punctures on the delivery paperwork

• You do NOT need to open the boxes at delivery

• Refuse the shipment if you notice major damage (such as large holes in the packaging caused by forklifts)

Proper inspection helps ensure any shipping claims are handled quickly and smoothly.
