All hot tubs and cold plunges ship from the Luxury Spas warehouse in Richmond, VA. Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, transit typically takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available.

Delivery Details

• All shipments are palletized for protection

• Delivered via freight truck

• Curbside or driveway delivery only

The driver is responsible for unloading the pallet at the curb or driveway. They are not able to move the unit inside the home.
